Throughout history, women have gathered in circles - to connect, to heal, and to share the journey of womanhood. The Ageless Circle continues that tradition: a space for honest conversation about menopause, aging, health, and well-being.
Here, you're invited to slow down, sip tea, enjoy cake, and simply be. Expect opportunities for learning, sharing, mutual support, and relaxation - all within a nurturing environment.
In our 90 minutes together, there are no expectations, no pressure, and nothing to “fix.” Come as you are. Come alone or with a friend.
