Throughout history, women have gathered in circles - to connect, to heal, and to share the journey of womanhood. The Ageless Circle continues that tradition: a space for honest conversation about menopause, aging, health, and well-being.
Here, you're invited to slow down, sip tea, enjoy cake, and simply be. Expect opportunities for learning, sharing, mutual support, and relaxation - all within a nurturing environment.

Please note this ticket does not include a swim at Court Farm Lakes Should you wish to swim please arrive to be in the water at 6.30pm. The swim will not be guided so experience of cold water swimming is essential.
