Wild Water Women

We come together to swim, float, breathe, and be. Without pressure to perform, explain, or fix anything. The water is our shared ground: steady, grounding, and open to all experiences. Some days we talk, some days we don’t. Both are welcome.

This is a peer-led space for women who want connection, gentle support, and time outdoors as part of caring for their mental wellbeing. You don’t need to be a confident swimmer to join us, just willing to show up as you are. We are not a therapy group or a replacement for professional support. Instead, we offer something simple and powerful: shared time in cold, fresh water, mutual respect, and the knowledge that you’re not alone. Come as you are. The lake will meet you there.
